Flat Fee Wills Packages – The Most Cost Effective Estate Planning

Getting your Will, medical documents (Advanced Medical directive and Medical Power of Attorney), General Power of Attorney, etc. done hourly, is quite expensive unless your attorney succeeds in getting basic information likes names and addresses and makes guesses on the rest.  However, it’s important the documents fit your needs by discussing the options and working with your individual situation.

Flat Fees Wills Packages as done by my firm does, includes meetings (by zoom for the initial meeting and in person for signing), phone calls, emails and all the ordinary going back and forth, and up to 3 drafts to make sure you get all of your documents done exactly as you want them.  It’s all in one up front cost so you don’t need to worry about how your bill keeps increasing.

We also do a free initial consult of up to a half hour to make sure we can meet your needs.  Note, if you want a trust, those are done hourly, but most clients don’t need them as part of their documents. Still, we can discuss if that would be important for you.
